Using close range laser scanners with accuracies of 0.2mm we can quickly verify parts against design CAD models. Our system is portable, very fast, non contact and doesn’t required targets to be placed on the item being scanned. We can then quickly convert the scan data to a solid meshed .stl CAD file.

Using software such as Geomagic Qualify we can generate industry standard reports showing colour coded deviation analysis and measure critical dimensions using digital gauges.
