About us

Established in 1988 by Peter Bennett, Digital Surveys has grown to become a specialist in the field of digital & spatial data collection.
In January 2003 Peter sold Digital Surveys to IETG a Leeds based multi-disciplinary support services company operating within the water and waste water industries across the UK and member of the Peter House PLC. Peter was retained as the Operations Director of the North East Office.

However in 2005 Peter lead a successful buy back of the business from IETG and it is now back in private family ownership.
Starting life as a traditional survey company the business has progressed embracing the latest technology and applying it to our client’s advantage. From GPS to high speed laser scanning, digital documentation and 3D modelling, Digital Surveys have always positioned themselves at the forefront of the survey and digital data capture market.

With new BIM services on offer, as-built 3D modelling and new projects encompassing film and VFX, the company has broadened its horizons as it becomes a leader in digital imaging 3D technologies.
